DANIEL E. BERTOLINO

BIO
Dan has been practicing law since 1979. He is rated A.V. by Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating an attorney can receive. An A.V. rating signifies that a lawyer has reached the height of professional excellence, and that after practicing law for many years, he is recognized by his peers for the highest levels of skill and integrity.
Dan is an experienced trial lawyer, and former Rockland County Senior Assistant District Attorney, whose area of practice is primarily criminal defense work. He represents individuals charged with every level of criminal offense, from “A-I” felonies to misdemeanor and petty Penal Law offenses.
Dan also practices in the fields of general civil litigation, real estate, business law, and wills and estates. Dan has been a frequent lecturer for the Rockland County Bar Association at Continuing Legal Education seminars in the fields of criminal defense, civil litigation and landlord/tenant law.

DONNA L. FLYNN

BIO
Donna has been a legal assistant to Daniel E. Bertolino since 1986. She provides criminal and litigation support in all aspects of case management including client contact, document management, and drafting of written motions, pleadings, and discovery. Donna also assists in the preparation of cases for trial.
Donna also has various administrative responsibilities, including the overall management of the office.

LAURIE A. DORSAINVIL

BIO
Laurie has been practicing law since 1999. She joined the firm in January 2005, and since 2012, has had an “of counsel” relationship with the firm. Laurie advocates for our general practice clientele in civil litigation matters with a concentration in commercial litigation and real estate litigation. Laurie also engages in all phases of appellate practice for our civil litigation matters.

Jessica has been practicing law since 2007. She began her career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office. After four years with that office, she left to pursue a career in criminal defense and civil litigation. Jessica joined the firm as “of counsel” in 2012.
